Somers, NY has a real newspaper. The Somers Record is a weekly newspaper sent to residents by US mail. We received issue 2 with a dateline of Thursday April 28 with our regular mail. Issue 1 may have been tossed with the junk mail. An online edition is about a month away. Till then we have modified our tag line to: "Because Somers Has No Online Local Newspaper Of Its Own".

Bolton was not nominated by the Somers Town Republican Committee MARY BETH MURPHY WAS IN FACT NOMINATED BY THE SOMERS TOWN REPUBLICAN COMMITTEE. Bolton clearly stated that he would not seek nomination. So he is either a liar or a turn coat, which is it? I certainly do not want a sneaky back stabbing liar running this town. My vote goes to MARY BETH MURPHY.

about Mr. Bolton that are not true. He is a war vet, he deserves some respect, as do the voters.
Taxpayers, since you seem to know, tell us what war he fought in. Last year Bolton touted Murphy's honesty while bashing Ball, now he's changed his tune.

ReplyDeleteEven if for arguendo you were correct about Harry,what about the issue of corruption within our town? Do you think we are just saying that cause we are voting for Harry or is it because we have information that has led us to that conclusion?
ReplyDeleteThis includes town records which clearly shows misuse of town funds, no bid contracts and no disclosure of ties with certain companies, and law firms.
Last: Why don't you Murphy's election crew allow a fair election for once by letting the people decide who they want as town Supervisor enstead of all your mud slinging and false accusations about Harry's war record.
