An elderly woman crashed her car into Dunkin’ Donuts on Friday morning at the North County Shopping Center in nearby Goldens Bridge. News reports say that the woman put her car into drive, instead of reverse. Her car jumped the curb, crashed into the storefront and ended up entirely in the donut shop. Despite the busy store, no one suffered major injuries. It could have been worse. LoHud.com says that in 2005, at the same shopping center, a car driven an 89 year-old person jumped the curb and killed a man.
